Scope of Services

The scope of services provided by the firm include not only design in consultation with the owners, interior designers and landscape architects and the subsequent construction drawings and specifications, but also includes: obtaining building permits and dealing with regulatory agencies, assisting in the bidding process with contractors as well as overseeing the construction of the project acting as the owners’ agents including reviewing all bills and being available to answer all questions from the general contractor, owners, etc. i.e. we are a very “hands on firm”.
